What we collect
When you submit a form (contact, program application, playbook download, evidence-readiness review or Texas Mission waitlist), we collect the details you provide: name, email, company, country and your message. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages viewed, device and approximate location.
Cookies and consent
Analytics cookies are off by default. Google Analytics only stores cookies after you click Accept on the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, assess applications, send the resources you requested and organize events you signed up for. We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis
For visitors in the European Union, the UK and Brazil, we process form data based on your consent and our legitimate interest in answering your request, and analytics data based on your consent, under the GDPR, UK GDPR and LGPD.
International transfers
Our hosting provider and Google Analytics process data in the United States. Where data from the EU, UK or Brazil is transferred, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) where the recipient is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.
Retention
We keep form submissions for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings, up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to thiago@incubou.com.
Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the CNPD in Portugal, the ANPD in Brazil, the ICO in the UK, or the authority in your EU country of residence.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
